What to Expect:
To provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all who enter our doors, aMuse’um operates with Timed Ticketed Play Sessions.
These sessions are designed with plenty of time for you to fully enjoy all the museum has to offer.
aMuse’um is ideal for children up to age 8. Pre-ticketing strongly suggested as walk-in admission is not guaranteed.

aMuse'um Safety Policies
We want our guests to feel safe, we also want our guests to be vigilant and help us keep aMuse’um a safe place for everyone. Remember to have fun with and supervise your children.
At aMuse’um, parents & caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times. You are your child’s best advocate for staying safe!
Food is not allowed in the museum. (This includes lunches and small snacks, with the exception of private events.) Guests are welcome to bring closed-container drinks. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
aMuse’um will not permit children to enter or remain in the museum without an adult. The museum defines an adult as any person 18+.
When children and parents/caregivers become separated, there are standard procedures that are immediately put into effect to reunite guests quickly and efficiently. Our Welcome Desk is the best place to start if a child or adult/caregiver has been separated from their party.
Adults are not permitted to enter the exhibit floor without a child. Any adult that needs to be united with their party will either be escorted by a team member or will be asked to wait at the Welcome Desk until someone in their party meets them.
Interact
aMuse'um is Columbia's favorite place for indoor fun! We make sure that every element of the museum is a learning experience for your child. Our exhibits feature everyday moments in kid-sized proportions. Exhibits include a tinkering station, veterinary clinic, nursery, farm, bank, grocery store, ice cream shop and much more!
Shop
Since 2018, the aMuse’um Toy Shop has carried quality educational toys at affordable prices. Every toy purchased helps to support our mission and focus on learning through discovery and play. We strive to create an environment that encourages all children to think, learn and create.
Celebrate
aMuse’um could be the perfect venue for your child’s next party. Our private parties include exhibits that feature more than fifteen interactive exhibits. Invite your friends and family and craft your next work of art on the water coloring painting exhibit, drive to the bank, or use your imagination to build the ultimate ball wall track.
Discover
We currently offer weekly activities. These activities are FREE to members and included with a session pass. Join us for Science Station, Art Station, Story Builder Station, and Tinkering Station. With rotating themes there is fun for all ages.
